Hanmi Pharm Advances Fair Trade and Win-Win Management, Receives Prime Minister's Commendation

At the ceremony held on the 15th at the Western Chosun Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, Kim Hyun-soo, Senior Executive Director of the Compliance Team and compliance officer at Hanmi Pharmaceutical, received the commendation. Director Kim was highly evaluated in a comprehensive review of items assessing the performance of fair trade and win-win culture promotion, including ▲job performance ability ▲productivity ▲labor-management harmony ▲self-development ▲public service period.
Hanmi Pharmaceutical regularly conducts employee training related to compliance and operates an anonymous 'Reporting Channel' online at all times. In addition, it runs an offline mentorship program for partner companies twice a year and engages in CP education and win-win management activities with its partners.
Hanmi Pharmaceutical is the only domestic company to maintain the highest CP rating of 'AAA' awarded by the Fair Trade Commission for five consecutive years. It is also the first in the pharmaceutical industry to introduce the Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001), demonstrating responsible management activities.
Director Kim said, "Fair trade and win-win culture have become Hanmi's top priority management guidelines. This aligns with the company's management philosophy of respect for humanity and value creation." He added, "We will continue to do our best to become a trusted company by all customers, including partner companies, through continuous ethical management practices."
