BNK Gyeongnam Bank to Implement Personnel and Organizational Restructuring for Deputy Branch Manager Level and Above in the First Half of Next Year

BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 19th that it has carried out personnel appointments for executives and branch managers, as well as an organizational restructuring, to proactively respond to changes in the financial environment and to operate the organization more efficiently.
The core of this personnel appointment and organizational restructuring is to provide customer-centered integrated services, secure future growth engines, and strengthen internal controls.
First, to provide customer-centered integrated services, the Customer Planning Headquarters and Customer Marketing Headquarters were newly established. The Customer Planning Headquarters is organized around the Customer Planning Department, which oversees integrated marketing planning, and the Digital Marketing Department, which handles non-face-to-face marketing. The Customer Marketing Headquarters consists of sales and support departments such as the Credit Customer Department and Retail Customer Department to provide customized services for customers.
To secure new growth engines and future competitiveness, the existing Trust Business Unit was reorganized into the Pension Trust Business Unit to strengthen competitiveness in the pension business in response to the expansion of the retirement pension market. Additionally, the non-face-to-face organizations scattered across headquarters were unified under the Digital Marketing Department to enable systematic digital marketing.
Furthermore, the Ethics Management Department was newly established to practice sound management and innovate internal controls, and a Continuous Monitoring Team was created to advance the internal control sector and secure expertise.
In addition, the Management Planning Headquarters was split into the Management Strategy Headquarters and the Financial Planning Headquarters, and external experts were recruited to enhance expertise, facilitating the smooth implementation of the group’s mid- to long-term management plans and enabling response to future strategies.
