Gyeongnam National University signed a business agreement with Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College in China to promote international exchange.
Through this agreement, both universities promised to promote short-term training, transfer admissions, and graduate school recruitment for students in the fields of design and media video based on international cooperation. In addition, they discussed cooperation and exchange plans in various fields such as business and engineering.

President Wang Gang said, “It is meaningful to sign an agreement for international exchange and global talent development with the prestigious regional private university Gyeongnam National University,” adding, “We will gradually expand international exchange cooperation with Gyeongnam National University not only in the fields of design and media video but also in various departments operated by Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College.”
Vice President for Academic Affairs Park Jae-yoon stated, “As Gyeongnam National University is specializing in digital fields such as digital ICT, software, design, media video, and games in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, graduates of Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College will be able to continue a more successful study abroad life and academic career.”

Since its establishment in 1993, Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College has been a Shanghai municipal-level specialized vocational college with seven colleges, 24 majors, and about 7,300 enrolled students, and is a model private university.
