Ediya Coffee announced on the 15th that it has carried out an organizational restructuring to strengthen competitiveness and renew management.
This organizational restructuring focused on enhancing business competitiveness and work efficiency through a more systematic functional unit organization in a rapidly changing business environment. The company explained that it integrated overlapping or similar functions and rearranged organizational functions to strengthen franchise support and achieve a balance between profitability and growth.
In addition, a new Operations Innovation Team was established to advance franchise manuals, implement sales activation promotions, and apply innovative cases to improve practical work efficiency. To strengthen corporate social responsibility and win-win cooperation, a 'CSR Office' was also newly established and placed under the Management Support Headquarters.
Meanwhile, CEO Kwon Ik-beom, who was recruited in July last year, resigned on the 4th due to personal reasons.
