Gwangju Bank Implements Work Automation with RPA System
Gwangju Bank has implemented an RPA system to automate 200 tasks.
According to Gwangju Bank on the 15th, the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system is a program that automatically processes tasks by applying robot software with pre-set rules to repetitive and standardized simple tasks in a PC environment.
Tasks that employees used to spend a lot of time on daily, such as directly preparing reports or performing post-management, have been replaced by the RPA system, resulting in a reduction of 1,731 hours per month on average and significantly improving work efficiency.
