NH Futures Simultaneously Obtains International Standards 'ISO 37301·ISO 37001' Certifications
On the 13th, NH Futures announced that it has become the first futures company to obtain certifications for Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) and Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001) from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR), an accredited certification body.
ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 are international standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 37301 is an international standard for Compliance Management Systems that evaluates whether a company's compliance policies and risk management meet global standards and are effectively operated.
ISO 37001 is an international standard for Anti-Bribery Management Systems that requires companies worldwide to uniformly specify detailed codes of conduct such as anti-bribery and ethical management.
With this certification, a systematic system has been established through professional third-party audits to proactively prevent compliance and corruption risks. Through this, NH Futures plans to continuously strengthen an effective culture of compliance and anti-corruption management.
