Mayor Park said, “It feels like just yesterday when I was elected as the Mayor of Miryang in 2014 and gave my inaugural speech, but more than 10 years have already passed. I am grateful to all the employees who quietly fulfilled their roles with trust in my sincerity for the great cause of Miryang's development.”
He added, “Having promoted about 170 projects, I am not worried about the future of Miryang because there are well-trained public officials. Although I am leaving, the future of Miryang is secure.”
