HanmiGlobal Appoints New CEOs for 3 Affiliates... 8 Executive Directors Promoted
HanmiGlobal, a construction project management (PM) specialist company, announced on the 11th that it has carried out its regular executive promotions and organizational restructuring for 2024.
Amid uncertainties in domestic and international business environments, HanmiGlobal promoted eight individuals with growth potential and expertise to executive directors to strengthen internal capabilities and future competitiveness. Additionally, to lead change and innovation, the existing General Management and Global Business Management divisions were integrated into a single Business Management division.
Three new CEOs of affiliates were also appointed. First, Choi Seong-su was appointed as CEO of HanmiGlobal D&I, which is responsible for development projects. The newly appointed CEO Choi graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Economics and completed graduate studies in Business Administration at the same university. After working at Samsung C&T, he joined HanmiGlobal in 2015. Since then, he has been in charge of overall management support, finance, and accounting, and this year he took on the role of General Management. Starting next year, he will concurrently serve as CEO of HanmiGlobal D&I and head of HanmiGlobal’s Support and Changju Business divisions.
Ryu Byeong-gi, CEO of HanmiGlobal Investment Management, graduated from Kyungpook National University with a degree in Trade. He is a capital market expert who worked at ShinYoung Securities, Kyobo Securities, and SK Securities, and served as the head of the financial division at HanmiGlobal Investment Management.
Park Jang-sik, CEO of Turner & Townsend Korea, graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and joined HanmiGlobal. After the establishment of Turner & Townsend Korea in 2011, he joined the company and is an architectural expert who has managed cost control for numerous construction projects.
A HanmiGlobal official stated, "Despite the anticipated difficulties in the business environment next year, we aim to find breakthroughs and strengthen capabilities for future growth through organizational restructuring and leadership changes."
