Doosan Group Delivers 110,000 Cups of 'Love Tea' to Frontline Military Units
Doosan Group announced on the 11th that it delivered 110,000 cups of "Love Tea" and monetary gifts to the Baekdusan Unit (Army 21st Division) located in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon Province.
"Sharing Love Tea" is Doosan's social contribution program that brings warmth to soldiers serving at the front lines during the cold winter. It has been ongoing for 33 years since 1991. The total amount of tea delivered to date exceeds 40 million cups. Recently, reflecting the preferences of the soldiers, the program has provided a variety of tea types as well as instant coffee (coffee mix).
In 2010, Doosan established a unit barracks library. In 2016 and 2018, Doosan Bobcat donated equipment and attachments to assist soldiers with snow removal work.
Doosan Enerbility, an affiliate, is also scheduled to deliver "Love Tea" to a sister military unit this month.
