A man in his 40s who lured runaway elementary school girls to his home and sexually assaulted them was arrested on the 9th.
Judge Jang Su-jin of the Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant for Kang Mo, who was charged with sexual assault and other offenses, stating, "There is a risk of flight."
Kang was urgently detained on suspicion of luring two 12-year-old runaway elementary school girls to his home in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, on the 6th and sexually assaulting them.
