Choi Seong-hwan, the eldest son of Choi Chul-won, former chairman of SK Networks, and President of SK Networks Business Division, sold 1,500 shares of the group holding company SK Inc. on the open market on the 5th.
SK Inc. disclosed this information on the 8th. The closing price of SK Inc. on the day of the sale was 168,500 KRW per share, making the total sale amount approximately 250 million KRW.
With this stock sale, President Choi's holdings of SK Inc. shares decreased from 104,595 shares to 103,095 shares.
