Professor Kim Beom-su of Seoul National University Elected President of the Korean Political Science Association for 2025
Kim Beom-su, Dean of the College of Liberal Studies at Seoul National University and Director of the Institute for Unification and Peace Studies, has been elected as the 54th President of the Korean Political Science Association. His term will begin in January 2025 and last for one year.

Professor Kim graduated from the Department of Diplomacy at Seoul National University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in the United States. He has served as Vice President and Executive Director of the Korean Political Science Association, Research Director of the Korean Association of International Politics, and Executive Director of the Korean Association of Political Thought. His major works include "What is Justice in Korean Society?" and "What is Peace Studies?"
