Korea Student Aid Foundation Certified as 'Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution' for 3 Consecutive Years... First Financial Public Institution
The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byung-il) has obtained the 2023 Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification, hosted by the Korea Management Certification Institute, for three consecutive years?the first among financial public institutions.
The Fair Recruitment Certification System is a program that grants certification through third-party evaluation to public institutions and companies that exemplarily operate fair recruitment centered on job competency by excluding biased factors in hiring.

View original imageSince 2017, the Korea Student Aid Foundation has been conducting blind recruitment that excludes discriminatory factors such as gender, age, region of origin, family relationships, and educational background in the hiring process, focusing on evaluating job competency.
The document screening is conducted through pass/fail evaluation to provide as many applicants as possible with the opportunity to compete in the written test, which is held in Daegu and Seoul, and feedback on the results is provided to enhance applicant convenience.
Additionally, 100% of the practical interview evaluators are external experts, and more than half of the in-depth interview evaluators are external experts. The foundation strives to strengthen fairness and transparency in the evaluation process by having auditors present throughout the entire recruitment process.
