Kia Offers EV9 Discounts Even to Cousins of Partner Company Employees
The employee discount eligibility for Kia's mid-to-large electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) EV9 has been expanded to include employees' cousins and relatives.
Starting this month, Kia has extended the special 'EV9 Promotion Team' discount, which previously applied to employees, dealership representatives, salespersons, maintenance partners, and employees of affiliates, related companies, and partners, to also cover spouses and relatives within the cousin range.
Employees can receive a 20% discount plus an additional 3 million KRW discount. Employees of affiliates and related companies receive a 7% discount plus a 3 million KRW discount, with a maximum of 9 million KRW discount on inventory vehicles. Spouses and relatives receive a 3% discount, up to 9 million KRW inventory discount, and up to 3 million KRW exhibition vehicle discount. All are also eligible for electric vehicle subsidies.
