Future New Material Industry Facility Site 610,000㎡, 4 Blocks
Competitive Bidding, Priority Negotiation Candidate to be Selected in April Next Year
Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Park Seong-hyun, hereinafter YGPA) announced that it will lease the first phase site of the Yulchon Convergence Logistics Complex at Gwangyang Port.
The leasing targets are four lots (A1, A2, A3-1, A3-2·3·4) among the future new material industry facility sites, with a total leasable area of 610,000㎡. The eligible business codes for tenants are limited to manufacturing (C19·20·21·23), electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (D35), and transportation and warehousing (H52).
The selection method for the preferred negotiation candidate will be an open competitive bidding, evaluating and combining the business proposal and price scores. The submission deadline for business proposals is March 8, 2024.
Additionally, YGPA will hold a leasing briefing session to assist interested companies in understanding the project on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 2 p.m., at the Lily Hall on the 5th floor of the Sono Calm Wellness Center in Yeosu.

President Park Seong-hyun stated, “We will select the preferred negotiation candidate most suitable for revitalizing the Gwangyang Bay area and the regional economy through a fair process.”
