Gangnam-gu Communicates with Residents through Educational Cases on Hot Issues in Housing Maintenance Projects

The TF advisory panel added 6 experts to the existing Rapid Promotion Team and Communication Coordination Team with a newly established Technical Support Team
Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) will conduct a housing maintenance project education session on the Sale Price Ceiling System and Moa Town on the 15th from 10 AM to 12 PM at the 2nd floor auditorium of the Gangnam-gu Community Center.
This education session is organized by the Gangnam-gu Reconstruction Dream Support TF (hereafter TF), composed of experts from various fields, for all residents interested in reconstruction to promote rapid reconstruction. So far, the TF has conducted three education sessions for reconstruction associations: ▲ Inspection and Verification System of Maintenance Projects (February 23) ▲ Management Disposition Plan and Appraisal (May 31) ▲ Major Dispute Cases in Apartment Reconstruction (August 30), each attended by 300 people, showing high interest in reconstruction projects.
In the first session, the Sale Price Ceiling System was selected as the education topic to help residents understand the situation in Gangnam-gu, which remains a Sale Price Ceiling System application area unlike other regions. The second session will provide detailed information on small-scale reconstruction maintenance projects, which have gained interest in other areas following the designation of Daechung Village Moa Town in Irwon-dong. The TF plans to communicate with residents through the education and reflect various opinions on reconstruction issues.
Furthermore, with the activation of reconstruction, the TF advisory committee has established a Technical Support Team to actively support maintenance projects next year. The advisory committee has been operated by dividing into a Rapid Promotion Team, which adjusts disagreements according to rapid integrated planning and educates maintenance project association executives, and a Communication Coordination Team, which advises on disputes related to various maintenance projects with associations. In October, a Technical Support Team was newly established to provide technical support to the existing two teams, and six experts including urban planning specialists, structural technology experts, and accountants were additionally recruited.
