Hwasun-gun Urges Caution Against Fraudulent Texts Impersonating Ministry of Environment's National Fund Support Project for Volume-Based Waste Bags
Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do recently announced on the 6th that caution is needed as phishing messages impersonating the Ministry of Environment are being sent, claiming to offer a 50% subsidy on Ministry of Environment volume-based waste bags for small business owners.
Phishing scammers impersonate the Ministry of Environment and send messages to lure recipients to access specific websites, inducing bank transfers to steal personal information.
Currently, the Ministry of Environment is not conducting any volume-based waste bag subsidy programs, nor is it sending individual messages to small business owners or others.
