According to the distribution industry on the 5th, recently Damyang Nonghyup (Chairman Kim Beom-jin) has been selling rice packaged with 'Protego,' an eco-friendly paper material.
Protego, an eco-friendly paper material from Hansol Paper, is a special paper packaging that blocks moisture, oxygen, and odors. Through special processing that was difficult to achieve with conventional paper materials, it also enhances the preservation of the contents.
In particular, as a packaging material approved for food safety by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Korea Environmental Technology Institute, it is expected to supply consumers with safe and delicious rice.
