Gyeonggi Office of Education Selects Best Practices in Active Administration... Benefits Including Promotion
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is calling for submissions of exemplary cases of proactive administration.
On the 5th, the Office announced that it will accept submissions of outstanding proactive administrative cases that have enhanced public interest and produced results until the 15th. Selected exemplary public officials will be granted various benefits.
The eligible cases include ▲instances where proactive work efforts led to tangible results ▲cases that improved unreasonable practices ▲cases that actively responded to new administrative demands or changes by discovering creative policies.
The Office will select around 10 exemplary cases and outstanding public officials through online and departmental verification, a preliminary review committee, and the Proactive Administration Committee's evaluation. Selected officials will receive various benefits such as commendations from the Superintendent of Education, monetary awards, and special promotions.

An official from the Office stated, "Through this selection, we aim to discover diverse cases of proactive administration and share these various changes and excellent achievements with the Gyeonggi education community," adding, "We will make further efforts to spread and establish a culture of proactive administration within the organization."
