Among 9 Pulmuone Affiliates, Number of Female CEOs Increases to 3
Pulmuone announced on the 4th that it has appointed Kim Mi-kyung, Domain Manager (DM) of Pulmuone Foods Marketing Headquarters, as the new CEO of its affiliate Pulmuone Nokjip.
CEO Kim joined Pulmuone Foods in 2008 with prior experience and pioneered the fresh squeezed juice (I'm Real) market. She also oversaw the frozen product business and played a significant role in expanding the frozen home meal replacement market. Under her leadership, Pulmuone Foods' flagship innovative products, 'Yalpi Mandu' (thin-skinned dumplings with rich filling) and 'No Edge Pizza,' gained popularity.
By appointing a marketing expert and a young female leader in her 40s as the CEO of Pulmuone Nokjip, Pulmuone expects to expand communication with the younger generation, respond swiftly to market changes, and lead the growth of the health-functional fresh beverage business.
