AI Edutech Classum Introduced to Laneige Offices in 13 Countries... Employee Work Efficiency Up↑
The edutech platform 'Classting' has been introduced for training at 13 global branches of Amorepacific's global brand Laneige. It is being recognized for solidifying its position as a global HRD SaaS (Software as a Service).
The Laneige branches that adopted Classting span North America including the United States and Canada, as well as Asia and Oceania including Korea, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
Classting was implemented to strengthen the capabilities of Laneige's global branches. Using Classting, immediate Q&A is conducted not only for communication with headquarters but also between trainers responsible for employee education and beauty advisors proposing products to local customers.
Laneige employees have been watching real-time training videos on Classting and communicating through comments, which has accelerated their adaptation and improved their work skills. Laneige also manages employee training based on various data provided by Classting. Managers can easily track the training progress of each employee through data and notify those who have not completed training, enabling efficient and systematic training management.
A Laneige representative stated, "Since adopting Classting, communication among employees has increased much more than expected," adding, "It has greatly helped with training and work progress, leading to improved work performance."
Chaerin Lee, CEO of Classting, said, "We will further upgrade the growth environment so that more global companies can enhance their work performance."
