On the 30th early morning, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters announced that the earthquake that occurred in Gyeongju City did not affect the nuclear power plant.
Saewool Headquarters stated that there was no impact on the nuclear power plant regarding the magnitude 4.0 earthquake that occurred at 4:55 a.m. near 19 km southeast of Dongnam-dong, Gyeongju City, Gyeongbuk Province.
