“Stay Warm This Winter”… DGIST Delivers 6,000 Briquettes to 20 Low-Income Households
DGIST visited Bisan 6-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu on the 29th to carry out the ‘2023 Love Briquette Sharing Volunteer Activity.’
This volunteer activity, which began with DGIST’s first sharing project ‘2023 Love Briquette Sharing,’ was conducted to create a ‘culture of sharing hearts together’ by donating briquettes, a winter heating fuel, so that neighbors in need can have a warm winter.
DGIST employees are carrying out briquette-sharing volunteer activities for low-income households in Bisan 6-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu.
View original imageDGIST raised a total of 5,078,500 KRW through voluntary donations from its members and delivered the funds to the nonprofit organization ‘Love Briquette Sharing Movement.’ A total of 5,974 briquettes were delivered to about 20 households, focusing on basic livelihood security recipients and lower-income groups, to help neighbors in need get through the winter. DGIST members participated in the briquette delivery volunteer activity.
