Participation via Civil Service Office Visits and Online... Survey Results to Be Used for Next Year's Civil Service Office Improvements -
Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) is conducting the "2023 Comprehensive Civil Service Office Usage Satisfaction Survey" until December 20.
The "Comprehensive Civil Service Office Usage Satisfaction Survey" is conducted every year in the second half to identify inconveniences and improvement requests felt by residents during their use of the civil service office on the first floor of the district office, and to reflect these in district administration.
This year's survey period is three weeks from November 26 to December 20. Anyone who has visited the district office's comprehensive civil service office to handle civil affairs or to use convenience facilities (PCs, copiers, etc.) can participate.
The survey consists of 12 items, including ▲ease of access and smoothness of the civil service process ▲responsiveness and expertise of the staff in charge ▲sufficiency and promptness of guidance during the process ▲environment of the civil service office and convenience of facility use.
Those who wish to participate can fill out the survey form available at the comprehensive civil service office on the first floor of the district office and submit their opinions. They can also participate online by accessing the Dongdaemun-gu website (Citizen Participation - Policy Participation - Survey). Additionally, scanning the QR codes placed throughout the civil service office will provide direct access to the survey section on the district website.
The survey results will be distributed to all departments in January 2024 and used as basic data to improve the quality of civil administrative services.
Following residents' requests from last year's comprehensive civil service office survey to add an information desk inside the office, the district has improved civil services by ▲adding personnel for civil service guidance such as passport reception and unmanned civil service issuance machine usage ▲introducing a civil service guidance robot (Dongdong-i) to provide accompaniment services.
