(Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation) Opening of the Exhibition "Unfinished Knots"
Operation at Damyang Haedong Culture and Arts Village from December 2 to February 25 next year
The Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation (Chairman Lee Byeong-no) announced on the 27th that the opening ceremony for the exhibition "Unfinished Knots" will be held on the 2nd of next month at Haedong Culture and Arts Village.
This exhibition features artists Park Mira, Shin Jeong-gyun, and Lee Su-jin, showcasing about 30 installation, video, and flat works.
The works explore a multilayered approach to the fictional world of the "other world" that has yet to be experienced, examining the hidden realities where various gaps exist such as disaster and conflict, virtual and real, human and non-human, and discuss the contradictions occurring in reality.
A foundation official stated, "Through the 'Unfinished Knots' exhibition, audiences will be able to explore the 'other world' beyond the boundaries between virtual and real, and through visual experiences of this other world, they will confront ourselves connected to reality," explaining the planning intent.
