The prosecution appealed the first-instance ruling that sentenced a man in his 20s to six years in prison for grooming more than a dozen children and adolescents online and producing hundreds of sexual exploitation materials.
According to the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office on the 24th, the first-instance court sentenced Cho, a man in his 20s, who was charged with violating the Youth Protection Act, to six years in prison. Additionally, the court ordered the disclosure and notification of personal information for five years, employment restrictions for seven years, and probation for five years. The request for an electronic monitoring order was dismissed.
