The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kang Seok-jin, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 24th that it held the '2023 3rd Global E-commerce Forum,' which envisions the future of upcoming e-commerce.
At this Global E-commerce Forum, experts from various fields gathered to analyze the future of the global e-commerce market transformed by technological advancements such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, and shared strategies and solutions for small and medium enterprises to enter the online export market in response.
About 350 small and medium enterprises interested in online export participated both on-site and online. The forum was conducted in three sessions, including lectures and consulting on topics such as generative AI and new media trends.
One-on-one business matching consultations with experts from global platform companies and logistics firms in the e-commerce sector were also held for on-site participating companies. Through these matching consultations, participating companies received consulting on store entry sales, logistics, and new market entry strategies.
