Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) announced on the 23rd that it will conduct an online resident vote for the ‘2023 Gangseo-gu Administrative Innovation Best Practices’ until the 30th of this month. Every year, the district comprehensively evaluates factors such as resident satisfaction, creativity, and contribution to district development to select the best administrative innovation cases, encouraging creativity and expertise to enhance public interest.
The voting candidates include 16 outstanding cases such as ▲promotion of a tripartite agreement contract for rapid land compensation payment ▲operation of children’s busking performances in front of homes ▲implementation of ‘visiting digital device’ education for seniors to bridge the digital divide ▲activation of district promotion through the nation’s first ‘civil servant VTuber’ ▲revitalization of Moa Town and Moa Housing and expansion of housing supply ▲comprehensive measures to prevent jeonse (lease deposit) damage and support victims.
Residents can access the national policy participation platform ‘Gukmin Saenggakham’ operated by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission until the 30th and vote for their top 5 preferred administrative innovation best practices.
After voting, the district will select 10 cases with the highest votes and then choose 6 ‘Administrative Innovation Best Practices’ through a final vote, providing incentives to the respective departments.
