View original imageOn the 22nd, the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency signed a business agreement with the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest for the 'ESG Management Practice Sharing Campaign with Neighbors.'
According to the agreement, the two organizations will promote the campaign and encourage donation participation among companies in the province, establish a mutual cooperation system to form and expand the culture of ESG sharing, and promote voluntary fundraising activities among the agency's employees.
Kang Seong-cheon, Director of the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, stated, "We hope that this agreement will further spread the culture of sharing for a sustainable Gyeonggi-do," and emphasized, "We will actively promote fundraising campaigns targeting companies and institutions in Gyeonggi-do and take the lead in practicing ESG management."
Kwon In-wook, Chairman of the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest, said, "At a time when corporate social contribution activities are more important than ever to respond to changed social issues such as natural disasters and environmental crises," and promised, "We request active participation from Gyeonggi-do companies and will strive to achieve social value together as a corporate social contribution partner of Sarangui Yeolmae (Fruit of Love)."
