Heo In and Lee Dong-cheol Resign as KB Financial Group Vice Chairmen
Heo In and Lee Dong-cheol, vice chairmen of KB Financial Group, have resigned.
According to the financial sector on the 22nd, Vice Chairmen Heo and Lee resigned the day before in line with the inauguration of Chairman Yang Jong-hee. Their original terms were until December 31. KB Financial stated it was due to "personal reasons."
Heo served as head of the Global and Insurance divisions, while Lee was in charge of the Digital and IT divisions. Previously, both competed as candidates for chairman alongside KB Financial Chairman Yang Jong-hee.
