Hwasun-gun Introduces 1t Soybean Sorter, Increasing Farmer Satisfaction
Reducing Soybean Sorting Time by 75%
Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 22nd that starting this year, the Agricultural Machinery Rental Center (Neungju) has introduced a 1-ton (ton bag) soybean sorting machine, allowing farmers to sort soybeans either in bags or 1-ton sacks according to their convenience.
The Agricultural Technology Center has newly renovated the soybean sorting facility at the Neungju Agricultural Machinery Rental Center (main office) to enable sorting not only in bags but also in 1-ton sacks.
Until now, sorting 1 ton of soybeans using the existing bag-type sorting machine took 4 hours.
The newly introduced 1-ton soybean sorting machine reduces the sorting time to 1 hour, cutting the time by 75%, which has greatly satisfied farmers with large soybean cultivation areas.
Farmers must make a reservation in advance to use the soybean sorting service, and the 1-ton sorting machine can only sort meju soybeans.
