Earlier, upon arriving at London Stansted International Airport the previous day, President Yoon had boarded the 'Bentley State Limousine' prepared by the British royal family.
The Bentley vehicle he rode at that time is one of only two in the world. It was manufactured by Bentley in 2002 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the late Queen Elizabeth II's accession and was supplied to Queen Elizabeth and King Charles III. King Charles III also appeared in the Bentley State Limousine at his coronation in May. This signifies the high regard King Charles III holds for President Yoon as a state guest.
At Hoseogajeu Square on the 21st (local time), a gun salute was fired during the official welcoming ceremony for President Yoon Seok-yeol's state visit.
