She missed the fairway only twice, demonstrating nearly perfect tee shots. The driver Yang used is Callaway's new product, the Paradym Triple Diamond. It is the same line equipped by world No. 3 Jon Rahm (Spain) and 'super rookie' Rose Zhang (USA).
Yang Hee-young's Paradym Triple Diamond driver has a loft of 10.5 degrees. She paired it with a Graphite Design Tour AD UB 6 S shaft. The Paradym driver is the industry's first to apply a 360 carbon chassis throughout the head by removing titanium. This innovation maximizes both weight reduction and stability. The 360-degree carbon chassis achieves optimal weight distribution to maximize distance.
The Paradym driver adopts the newly AI-designed Jailbreak system. Compared to previous models, it is 33% lighter and provides stability against horizontal and vertical twisting. The newly redesigned face optimizes launch angle and spin, enhancing speed and directionality. Notably, the Paradym Triple Diamond has a 2g weight on the face side. Among Paradym models, it produces the least spin. The head size is only 450cc, tailored to tour players' preferences.
