Pyeongtaek City Receives 'Minister of Economy and Finance Award' for Excellence in Statistical Survey Work
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 21st that it received the Minister of Economy and Finance Award at the '2023 Statistical Survey Service Merit Award Ceremony' hosted by Statistics Korea on the 20th.
This award was given to institutions that contributed to the successful execution of large-scale economic statistical surveys conducted this year, such as the nationwide business survey and the mining and manufacturing survey.
The city explained that it was selected as a meritorious institution by systematically planning according to local conditions for 74,214 surveyed businesses, hiring excellent survey personnel, employing various promotional methods, and carrying out tasks without a single safety accident.
