'Startup Investment Exchange Meeting' to be Held in Pangyo on the 23rd
On the 23rd, a startup investment exchange meeting will be held in Pangyo, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do.
The Gyeonggi-do Provincial Government and the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency announced on the 21st that they will hold the "2023 Pangyo Startup Investment Exchange Meeting" on the 23rd to discover outstanding startups with high potential for global expansion within Pangyo Techno Valley and provide them with practical investment attraction opportunities.
At the event, the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency will invite domestic and international venture capital (VC) investors to create a platform for consultations and exchanges between startups and investors, and will conduct global acceleration programs and exchange programs with overseas techno valleys.
Additionally, the event will feature special lectures on investment strategies, starting with a keynote speech by Choi Dong-cheol, Vice President of Wadiz, the largest startup crowdfunding platform in Korea, titled "Why Crowdfunding is an Opportunity for Startups and SMEs." This will be followed by lectures on "IPO Technology Special Listing Trends and Preparations" and "Preparation Strategies for M&A of SMEs and Startups."
