A woman who was exhibiting strange behavior, such as dancing while parked in the middle of a road in Seocho-gu, Seoul, was arrested by the police on suspicion of drug use.
The police, who initially responded to a report of a minor traffic accident, suspected drunk driving. However, the breathalyzer test showed no reaction, and a subsequent simple drug reagent test returned a positive result. The woman was arrested at the scene, and a syringe used for drug injection was found inside the vehicle.

On the 20th, the Seoul police posted a video titled "Not alcohol detection, but drug detection?" on their official YouTube channel. The video was recorded on the 2nd at the scene where the Bangbae Police Station in Seoul responded to a traffic accident report in Seocho-gu.
At the scene, a white passenger car and a truck were stopped in the middle of the road after a minor collision. The white passenger car had its hazard lights on and the trunk was open.
The owner of the white passenger car, a woman in her 40s identified as Ms. A, behaved strangely upon seeing the police car. According to the released video, Ms. A bowed her head at a 90-degree angle toward the police car while repeatedly greeting them and even danced in place. She staggered continuously and punched the air.
On the road, items that appeared to have been taken out of the trunk by Ms. A were lined up in a row.

The police suspected drunk driving and conducted a breathalyzer test on Ms. A, but there was no reaction.
From that point, the police suspected Ms. A of drug use and conducted a simple reagent test, which came back positive.
A syringe used for drug injection was also found inside Ms. A's vehicle. She was arrested at the scene.
