Standing Auditor Jin Man-seong graduated from Seoul National University of Education (Elementary Education), Dankook University (Accounting), and Hongik University Graduate School of Education (Master's in Educational Administration). He has served as an elementary school teacher, vice principal, and principal within the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, Senior Vice President of the Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations, and Executive Director of the National Hope Education Coalition.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation is responsible for supporting national scholarships and student loans, establishing and operating student welfare facilities such as university dormitories, providing support for talent development, conducting surveys and analyses on university tuition and student loan support statistics, issuing bonds to raise funds for student loans, and soliciting and managing donations.
