Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) is launching a train assembly block planning product with a Christmas theme.
KORAIL announced on the 20th that it will release the ‘ITX-Saemaeul’ assembly block and sell it at Storyway convenience stores in train stations nationwide.
The ‘ITX-Saemaeul’ assembly block will be sold from the 21st at 48,000 KRW. This block set includes models of a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, a snowman, gift packages, figurines, a Storyway convenience store, and a 30 cm long train.
Previously, KORAIL released the ‘Mugunghwa-ho Locomotive’ assembly block in May and the ‘KTX-Sancheon’ assembly block in October, receiving positive responses.
The ‘ITX-Saemaeul’ assembly block is the third planned product, developed by an in-house venture team at KORAIL. Production and sales are handled by KORAIL Distribution and others.
