National Gwangju Science Museum Renovates 4D Simulator
The National Gwangju Science Museum will unveil the improved popular special theater, the 4D simulator, starting from the 21st to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
Through this improvement project, the existing 4D simulator was removed, and two new 6-axis 9-seat simulators equipped with the latest technology were installed.
The 6-axis simulator can realize various movements such as left-right, up-down, forward-backward, rotation, and rolling, providing a more realistic experience.
In addition, the latest technologies such as 7.1 channel sound equipment, 4K-class 10,000 ANSI projectors, and 4D stereoscopic effect devices have been enhanced to increase clarity and immersion.
Two types of videos will be screened in the newly introduced 4D simulator.
"Moon Thunder" is an action-adventure film set against the moon, vividly depicting the escape of a spaceship pilot avoiding a meteor collision.
"Happy Family" is about a family who encounters a witch in a haunted house at an amusement park, with the audience experiencing the twists and turns together.
