The 8th Changwon Farmers' Unity Festival Successfully Concluded
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held the 8th Changwon Farmers' Unity Festival on the 17th at the Comprehensive Education Hall of Changwon National University.
The event was co-hosted by four organizations: the Life Improvement Association, the Rural Leaders Association, the Korea 4-H Changwon Special City Headquarters, and the Changwon 4-H Federation.
The Changwon Farmers' Unity Festival was first held in 2014 to commemorate Farmers' Day, and this year marks its 8th edition.

View original imageUnder the theme of "Practicing Carbon Neutrality, Sustainable Future Agriculture," the event was attended by about 500 members and officials from agricultural organizations. It began with a pungmul performance by Life Improvement Association members, followed by awards for distinguished farmers, congratulatory speeches, and a special lecture by instructor Park Seong-jun titled "Feng Shui Interior Design for Accumulating Wealth and Luck."
Kang Young-im, president of the Life Improvement Changwon City Federation, said, "I thank everyone who attended the Changwon Farmers' Unity Festival, a representative event for farmers."
She added, "In these difficult conditions due to rising raw material costs and abnormal weather, it was a meaningful time for our farmers to shake off worries and communicate and unite."
