[This Week's IPO] November Fourth Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule
This month (November), LS Materials and Blue M Tech will conduct demand forecasting. A-Tom and Y-Biologics are preparing for general subscription.
◆LS Materials= LS Materials' main businesses are broadly divided into eco-friendly energy (UC) business and aluminum materials and components business. It is the world leader in the large product segment of the ultra capacitor (UC) market, known as the 'next-generation secondary battery.' UC is used in wind turbine generators, semiconductor factory UPS (uninterruptible power supply), factory automation, and automated guided vehicles (AGV).
The total shares offered in this public offering are 14,625,000, with an expected offering price of 4,400 to 5,500 KRW. The total expected public offering amount is 64.3 billion to 80.4 billion KRW. The offering price will be finalized through demand forecasting from the 22nd to the 28th, and general subscription will be accepted from December 1 to 4. KB Securities and Kiwoom Securities will jointly underwrite the listing.
◆Blue M Tech= Founded in 2015, Blue M Tech aims to be the 'best total care service platform for hospitals and clinics in Korea,' covering everything from prescription drug e-commerce to logistics and IT. Its main businesses include pharmaceutical distribution through partnerships with domestic and global pharmaceutical companies and a specialized prescription drug e-commerce platform for hospitals and clinics.
The total number of shares offered is 1.4 million, all newly issued shares. The expected offering price is 15,000 to 19,000 KRW. Demand forecasting will be conducted from the 22nd to the 28th, followed by general subscription on December 4 and 5, aiming for a KOSDAQ listing in December. The underwriters are Hana Securities and Kiwoom Securities.
◆A-Tom= The desired offering price is 23,000 to 30,000 KRW. The total number of shares offered is 650,000, all newly issued shares. Demand forecasting was conducted from the 9th to the 15th, and general subscription will be accepted from the 21st to the 22nd. The underwriter is Hana Securities.
A-Tom manufactures and supplies transformers that convert electrical energy among power supply components for smartphone chargers, TVs, electric vehicles, and electric vehicle chargers. A-Tom's technology is gaining significant attention in the power supply market, which is advancing in safety, miniaturization, energy efficiency, and EMI (electromagnetic interference).
◆Y-Biologics= The desired offering price is 9,000 to 11,000 KRW. The public offering amount is approximately 13.5 billion KRW. A total of 1.5 million shares will be offered, all newly issued. Demand forecasting was conducted from the 10th to the 16th, and general subscription will be accepted from the 23rd to the 24th. The underwriter is Yuanta Securities.

Founded in 2007, Y-Biologics is a bio venture company that, based on an antibody discovery platform, secures various development candidate antibodies to independently develop or co-research and develop antibody new drugs by integrating with open innovation partners' technologies, focusing on immuno-oncology drugs. It received A and A grades in technology evaluations. A put-back option is also granted, allowing general investors to sell shares allocated through public subscription back to the underwriter if the stock price falls below 90% of the offering price for a certain period after listing.
