West Sea Coast Guard Agency Holds 'Second Half Policy Advisory Committee' Meeting

The West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency (Chief Kim Inchang) announced on the 16th that it held the '2023 Second Half Policy Advisory Committee' at the agency's main conference room.
The Policy Advisory Committee is a body composed of civilian experts in maritime, legal, and medical fields who provide advice on basic maritime police policies, development directions, and administrative system improvements. It is organized into divisions such as communication and capability, security and law enforcement, and safety and environment.
At the meeting, the committee members listened to the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency's major business achievements for the second half of 2023 and watched a video showcasing their activities. They also held a policy discussion session for the development of the maritime police.
