ING Global recently announced on the 14th that it received the '2023 Information Technology Award' at the Fall Academic Conference hosted by the Korea Internet Electronic Commerce Society.
ING Global is a robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) company that develops 2D and 3D vision technologies, robot manufacturing, and innovative systems in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk. It has contributed to the intelligence of smart factories for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gyeongju Regional Industrial Complex and the Gyeongbuk National Industrial Complex.
Additionally, through technology transfer to companies, it has contributed to the revitalization of local industry and economy. It has conducted industry-academic cooperation with Dongguk University (WISE Campus) and Uiduk University, special lectures for Dongguk University students, capstone design field learning, and the SIG project, an intelligent smart factory industry-academic-research project in collaboration with Dongguk University, Dongyang University, and Jeju University.
