Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 14th that it has been re-certified as an ‘Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company’ by the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) in recognition of its achievements in coexistence and cooperation between labor and management.

The corporation obtained the certification for two consecutive years, following last year.
The corporation received high evaluations for activities aimed at realizing an advanced labor-management culture based on mutual trust and communication between labor and management, such as improving treatment of non-regular workers, operating work-family balance support systems, joint labor-management ESG management, and joint labor-management rural labor assistance.
