‘Lee Chan-won Mom Fan Club’ Donates 10 Million KRW to Singer Lee Chan-won’s Alma Mater Yeungnam University
The ‘Lee Chan-won Mom Fan Club’ donated a scholarship fund of 10 million KRW to Yeungnam University, the alma mater of singer Lee Chan-won. Following their donation of 10 million KRW last October, they visited Yeungnam University for the fourth consecutive year this year to deliver the scholarship fund.
On the morning of the 11th, Oh Jun, president of the ‘Lee Chan-won Mom Fan Club,’ along with members from across the country, visited Yeungnam University and donated 10 million KRW for the students.

The positive influence that started with singer Lee Chan-won has reached fans all over the country, bringing us together here,” adding, “We will continue to support Lee Chan-won’s wonderful activities and the students of Yeungnam University.”
Yeungnam University named the scholarship fund donated by the ‘Lee Chan-won Mom Fan Club’ the ‘Lee Chan-won Scholarship Fund’ and uses it for student scholarships. In March last year, they selected the first cohort of scholarship recipients and awarded the scholarships. This year, they selected a second cohort of 15 scholarship recipients, one from each college, including one student from the Department of Economics and Finance, which is Lee Chan-won’s major, and awarded the scholarships.
