Cheil Worldwide Signs 'Polarization Resolution Voluntary Agreement' with Win-Win Growth Committee and Partners
Cheil Worldwide announced on the 14th that it has signed the "Polarization Resolution Voluntary Agreement" to strengthen the win-win cooperation system and pledge mutual growth together with the Win-Win Growth Committee and partner companies.
The Polarization Resolution Voluntary Agreement is a project in which large corporations voluntarily select and implement support programs for partner companies to resolve the polarization issue between large and small-to-medium enterprises. Cheil Worldwide plans to operate a partner company support program worth a total of 12 billion KRW over three years starting this year.
First, Cheil Worldwide plans to further strengthen the "Three Principles of Proper Payment" in partner transactions. To enhance the technological competitiveness of partner companies, Cheil Worldwide will newly introduce "Productivity Improvement Consulting Support" and expand win-win cooperation models such as raising awareness of ESG management. Additionally, it will operate win-win growth support programs including improving wages and welfare for partner company workers, enhancing the payment capacity of partner companies, and providing financial support for the management stability of partner companies.
A Cheil Worldwide official stated, "Through this agreement, we will continuously expand effective support that helps resolve polarization of partner SMEs and promotes win-win growth activities."
