Ottogi Introduces 'Delicious Snowflake Dumplings' Cooked Without Water or Oil
Harmony of Domestic Pork, Vegetables, and Ginger
Convenience of Just Adding Dumpling Blocks for Completion
Design Differentiation with Snowflake Shape
Ottogi announced on the 13th that it has launched 'Delicious Snowflake Gyoza,' which can be easily and conveniently pan-fried without water or oil.
This product features a snowflake-shaped design to differentiate itself during the peak winter season for frozen dumplings. The ingredients include 100% domestically produced pork and vegetables, harmonizing the moistness of the pork with the subtle flavor of ginger. Half of the dumpling is crispy, and the other half is moist, allowing consumers to enjoy two types of taste and texture simultaneously as a 'pan-fried steamed dumpling.'
Cooking is also simple. Place the frozen dumpling block directly into a frying pan, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, uncover and pan-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the snowflake part of the dumplings turns brown and crispy. A QR code linking to a cooking video is included on the back of the packaging, making it easy for anyone to follow.
