HD Hyundai recently announced that it will consecutively hold 'HD Hyundai DAY' at Chungnam National University (Chungnam National University Talent Development Center, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon) on the 13th and at Chonnam National University (College of Engineering, Buk-gu, Gwangju) on the 14th.
HD Hyundai DAY is a 'visiting recruitment fair' organized for executives and HR managers from core business sectors such as shipbuilding and marine, energy, and construction machinery to visit their alma maters and actively promote HD Hyundai's vision, business areas, and corporate culture.
At the event, HD Hyundai provides job seekers with opportunities for employment consultations at booths set up by each affiliate. Additionally, through executive communication lectures and recruitment briefings for applicants, the company introduces HD Hyundai's history and vision, as well as overall information on HR systems and recruitment.
Through HD Hyundai DAY, the company aims to highlight the strengths and appeal of its core business sectors?such as the world’s number one shipbuilding business, the construction machinery business targeting global top-tier status, and the energy business with top-level competitiveness?tailored to university students’ perspectives in the recruitment market, with a focus on enhancing HD Hyundai’s long-term recruitment competitiveness.
Since May, HD Hyundai has been conducting events targeting universities nationwide, starting with Korea University and Yonsei University, followed by Sungkyunkwan University, Chung-Ang University, Inha University, Kyungpook National University, Pusan National University, Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), and Hanyang University, receiving great responses with an average of about 500 students visiting the booths.
