Seoul Subway Strike... Korail Deploys 20 Temporary Trains on Lines 1, 3, and 4
Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced that it will increase the number of trains and deploy additional guidance personnel to minimize inconvenience for passengers as the Seoul Metro Union begins a two-day strike from the 9th to the 10th.

View original imageKORAIL will operate a total of 20 temporary electric trains on Lines 1, 3, and 4, which are jointly operated with Seoul Metro, including 12 runs in the morning and 8 runs in the afternoon.
During the strike period, temporary timetables and delay notices will be posted at all stations, and major stations with high passenger traffic such as Sindorim and Wangsimni will have order maintenance personnel deployed to strengthen guidance.
