Gwangju Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation Conducts Joint Labor-Management Environmental Cleanup Activities
The Gwangju Metropolitan City Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation announced on the 8th that it conducted a joint labor-management environmental cleanup activity around Pungam Lake Park.
The activity, carried out to contribute to the local community and practice ESG management, involved Director Lee Hong-gyu, Chairman Jang Chun-geun of the Environmental Labor Union, Chairman Hong Kwang-seok of the Democratic Labor Union, Chairman Kim Seong-geun of the Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation Labor Union, and about 35 employees.
They engaged in volunteer environmental cleanup activities such as collecting trash and waste from Pungam Lake Park and removing weeds.
Director Lee Hong-gyu said, "I thank the employees who showed great interest and actively participated in the joint labor-management social contribution activities," adding, "We will continue to strive to create positive synergy through labor-management harmony."
The Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation plans to use this activity as an opportunity to continue social contribution activities and become a public enterprise loved by residents.
